By purchasing our nightly reservation assistance service, you authorize us to search for and attempt to book a campsite reservation on your behalf using the reservation details and account access you provide.
Our service is sold on a nightly basis. Your payment covers reservation assistance for the selected night or nights only. This is not a membership, subscription, or recurring payment plan.
Reservation searches are initialized within 24 hours after your request is submitted. Once initialized, the search will continue until either a campsite matching your request is found available for you or the reservation start date and time is reached.
A reservation is not guaranteed until confirmed by Recreation.gov, the campground, park, or reservation provider. Availability may change at any time due to booking windows, cancellations, park rules, technical issues, payment issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
You authorize us to use the account credentials you provide solely to assist with the reservation request you submitted. You are responsible for ensuring that your account information, payment method, contact details, vehicle details, guest details, and reservation preferences are accurate and up to date.
You authorize charges by Recreation.gov, the campground, park, or reservation provider to the payment method saved in your account when a reservation is successfully booked according to your request.
Your payment to us covers our reservation assistance service only. Campground fees, campsite charges, taxes, deposits, park entrance fees, cancellation fees, no-show fees, processing fees, and other third-party charges are separate unless expressly stated otherwise.
You are responsible for reviewing and following all campground rules, cancellation policies, check-in times, occupancy limits, vehicle restrictions, pet policies, and other requirements.
We are not responsible for failed bookings, declined payments, expired cards, account lockouts, incorrect login credentials, two-factor authentication issues, reservation provider errors, missed reservations, cancellations, travel costs, park closures, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Reservation changes, cancellations, refunds, credits, and date adjustments are subject to our approval and may also be subject to the rules and fees of the campground, park, or reservation provider.
You understand that sharing account credentials may carry security and privacy risks and may be subject to the terms and policies of the applicable reservation platform. You should change your password after the requested booking service is complete.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel service if we suspect fraud, misuse, abuse, inaccurate information, prohibited activity, or violation of these terms.
By completing your purchase, submitting a reservation request, or providing account access, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
