Refund Policy
Our services are sold on a nightly basis and cover reservation assistance for the specific night or nights selected at the time of purchase.
Payments made to us are for our reservation assistance service only and do not include campground fees, campsite charges, taxes, deposits, park entrance fees, cancellation fees, no-show fees, or other third-party charges unless expressly stated otherwise.
Once an order is placed, service fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
If your reservation request has not yet been processed, you may request changes to your reservation details, dates, campground preferences, or other booking information. Change requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability, timing, and our approval.
If a reservation is successfully booked according to the information and preferences you provided, the service fee is non-refundable.
Refunds do not apply if we are unable to complete or secure a reservation because of incorrect, outdated, incomplete, or inaccessible Recreation.gov login information, account issues, two-factor authentication issues, expired or declined saved payment methods, missing payment information, or any other issue related to the customer’s Recreation.gov account or saved payment method.
If we are unable to secure a campsite due to lack of availability, you may request a credit toward another reservation search of the same value, or you may request a refund, subject to availability. Refunds due to lack of availability may only be requested if the reservation is not secured and the starting date of the reservation has passed. Credits are not cash refunds and may only be used for a new search request of equal value, subject to availability and our approval.
Any campground or reservation platform charges are subject to the refund, cancellation, and change policies of Recreation.gov, the campground, park, or other reservation provider. We are not responsible for refund decisions made by third-party providers.
Refund, credit, or change requests must be submitted in writing to customerservice@campsitesavers.com. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
We reserve the right to deny refund, credit, or change requests in cases of fraud, abuse, inaccurate information, chargeback misuse, or violation of our Terms and Conditions.
